Punjab chief captain Amarinder Singh on Monday attacked Pakistan and its army chief for promoting terrorist activities in the state and killing Indian soldiers, warning Imran Khan has enacted serious sanctions if it does not end the violence. perpetrated against India.

While thanking Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan for promoting India's development of the Kartarpur Corridor, Singh, a former army officer, asked Khan to control his army. and put an immediate end to terrorist terrorism against the armed forces and Indian citizens.

Amarinder Singh, reiterating his position not to travel to Pakistan for a ceremony to inaugurate the corridor that was being held there on November 28, explained how he could go there when citizens and innocent Indian soldiers are killed every day.

Where I thank the Prime Minister of Pakistan (for the Kartarpur corridor), I would like to say something to his Chief of Staff of the Army (General Qamar Javed Bajwa). I have been in the army and he (the chief of the Pakistani army), General Bajwa is very subordinate to me in the service. When we were in the army, the country's security was always our priority.

"But who is teaching the army that you are killing our soldiers on the border, you are using a sniper to kill our Jawans, have you ever heard that you killed people in Pathankot, Dinanagar (referring to terrorist attacks at Pathankot Air Base in 2016 and Dinanagar in Gurdaspur in 2015), said Amarinder.

He was addressing a rally during the laying of the first stone of the Kartarpur Sahib corridor.

The ceremony took place in the village of Mann, located near the Indo-Pakistan border, with Vice President Venkaiah Naidu and the Chief Minister laying the foundation stone.

Amarinder Singh also criticized the Pakistani army chief by citing Amritsar 's recent grenade attack on Nirankari Bhavan, which left three dead and more than 20 wounded.

In the village of Amritsar, people were praying in the morning and a grenade was thrown at them. Is this what the army teaches? It's cowardice, "said the chief minister.

He said, "Shooting bullets at innocent people and killing them with grenade, they would be ashamed of it."

"If they are trying to wreak havoc in the Punjab, then Bajwa (the head of the Pakistani army) should remember that we have Punjabi blood, we will not tolerate it," he said. Amarinder said his government, after coming to power, had dismantled 17 terrorist modules and recovered several ammunition and weapons.

"If such people are contemplating fomenting trouble here and are trying to weaken our Punjab, then Bajwa should know that I will protect the inhabitants of the Punjab until the last drop of my blood," he declared.

Amarinder Singh said that everyone knew that the army was commanding the attacks in Pakistan.

The Pakistani prime minister should restrain his army because ISI, which works under the orders of the army, opposes us. Such army leaders (referring to Pak's army chief) should understand that we have a larger army than theirs and that we are fully prepared. There is a limit to this if you do it repeatedly (provocation), so India will also have to think about it? Amarinder added: Nobody wants the war. We want peace and development? S addressing reporters after the ceremony, the prime minister said: "Armies do not fight innocent women and children, armies do not throw grenades at religious congregations, armies are there to defend the country … ".

Amarinder asked him how he could go when innocent citizens and Indian soldiers were killed every day. He thought that he should have accepted Pakistan's invitation to participate in the opening ceremony of the Kartarpur corridor works.

I say this because some things have been mentioned in Facebook, especially Capt Sahab, why not go there. How am I going? I can not forget my responsibility to my citizens, I can not go. Because before I reach Kartarpur Sahib, I will have to go through Pakistan and that the Pakistani government is out of control? Amarinder said the rally. He said that honoring Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib has always been his beloved dream, which hopefully will be realized once these hostilities and killings are over
