Rumors have circulated about CM Punk in recent weeks and his status for the first show of All Elite Wrestling tonight in Las Vegas. Finally, CM Punk commented on these rumors, but this is not the result desired by many fans.

CM Punk left WWE in 2014 and has not left WWE yet. has been back in a wrestling ring since, unless you counted on his recent masked race where he proved he could still deliver a much needed GTS. Punk has devoted his last years to the UFC and an acting career, many fans believing that he has now retired from the company.
Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks confirmed yesterday that the door was open to punk if he wants to join AEW in the future because the company now has a regular slot on television for a weekly show in the WWE image.
The heart of the problem
CM Punk and Dean Ambrose were the two stars rumored that many fans were hoping to be part of the Battle Royale of Double or Nothing tonight, but when a fan spoke about it with CM Punk on Twitter, he apparently stated that he would not be part of the series.
Stu Bennett was formerly known as Wade Barrett in the WWE and his slogan was: "I'm afraid I'll have bad news for you." Punk points out that he has bad news for the fan, who said he had wasted his money if Punk did not show up.
What's next?
CM Punk should not be part of Tonight's Double or Nothing, but there are still some surprises, so never say that it's never about wrestlers.
