Cody Rhodes discusses the possibility of CM Punk joining All Elite Wrestling

<p> Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks took part in a Q & A session at Starrcast to promote Double Pay TV AEW's Nothing </p>

<p> With so much speculation about who might or might not be present at the event, Rhodes and Nick Jackson gave their opinion on the eventual return of CM Punk to the fight. </p>
<h3><strong> In case you do not know it … </strong></h3>
<p> CM Punk s is imposed as one of the most popular superstars of his WWE generation during his 2005 year- The promotion has took place in 2014. </p>
<p> In January 2014, he left the company. After the Royal Rumble, he spoke of many issues related to the injuries and how his character was booked. </p>
<p> Since he's moved away from the square circle, "The Best In The World" has been trying out different projects, from UFC and acting to present and comment, and he's been recently revealed that he sometimes makes unannounced fight appearances under a mask. </p>
<p> It is well known that punk has good relations with the executive vice presidents of AEW, Nick & Matt Jackson. It is therefore not surprising that he has been badociated with the promotion since his official announcement on New Year's Day 2019. </p>
<h3><strong> The heart of the problem </strong></h3>
<p> Cody Rhodes, also Executive Vice President of AEW , quoted at the Starrcast Board that the door is open for CM Punk to return to the fight with the new company. </p>
<p> He said (quotes via PW Mania): </p>
<blockquote><p> "I would say what I would say to Punk, wrestling fans Ver dropped CM Punk. It's an incredible link he has created for fans and for himself. So I can say for this reason that the door remains open for CM Punk at any time. "</p></blockquote>
<p> Nick Jackson seemed less optimistic about a possible return to Punk, adding: </p>
<blockquote><p>" I want to be honest in my belly, I feel sadly, I do not see what's going on. </p></blockquote>
<h3><strong> Next Steps </strong></h3>
<p> The AEW Double or Nothing program takes place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday, May 25th. Chris Jericho vs. Kenny Omega will be the stars of the event. The winner will then face the winner of the Battle Royale Casino to determine the first AEW World Champion. </p>
<p> It should also be noted that CM Punk should be commenting on a UFC Fight Pbad event in the night of Double or Nothing, which probably means that he will not participate in the first pay-per- view of AEW. </p>
