Super 30, starring Hrithik Roshan in the lead role of mathematician Anand Kumar, based in Bihar, is open to a good response on Friday. According to first estimates published by Boxofficeindia.com, the film was collected around 11 crores of Rs 11-11.50 on the first day.

The opening of the box office of Super 30 would be superior to that of Ajay Devgn starrer Raid and Akshay Kumar starrer Padman. The collections are also richer than Hrithik's latest film, Kaabil, released in 2017 with opening collections of about 10.43 crores of rupees.

Girish Johar, a film industry badyst, told Hindustan Times: "The buzz is very good since the launch of the trailer. The quality of the content counts a lot these days and Hrithik arrives in two years. Unlike his previous films that have action, song and dance, this film is not a mbad commercial artist but promises quality content.

The film receives glowing reviews from Bollywood celebrities, such as Farah Khan, Karan Johar and many others. Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani also watched the film and shared his reaction on Twitter. He wrote: "Super 30 is a film that presents a life of struggle with all its reality. @teacheranand is the very example of a simple teacher who inspires and who becomes a glimmer of hope for the needy. @iHrithik did an admirable job capturing the essence of Anand's character. Best wishes. "

The HT review of the film says, "When you exaggerate the extraordinary, it has the Ordinary air. Anand Kumar, expert in mathematics and educator, has led a remarkable life by training hundreds of disadvantaged children beyond the rigors of entry exams at the Indian Institute of Technology. Its story deserves attention, but director Vikas Bahl embellishes it in a disconcerting way in the typical price of the movie "Super 30". For some reason, the real success of Kumar was not enough. The directors have added a clichéd adversity. "
