Kalavani 2 Film Review: A few minutes after the beginning of Kalavani 2, you realize that the characters Arkki (Vemal) and Maheshwari (Oviya) are not the same than those seen in its previous version.A few characters have been preserved in the first part, but the principle is different. The positive aspect of the film is the performance of Saranya and Ilavarasu. Vemal portrays a character quite similar to most of the roles he's been trying to date. Vigneshkanth, Mayilsamy and Ganja Karuppu remain faithful to what was written to them. But Oviya Army is about to be disappointed because it only has a few scenes – as a woman of the same name. After the first half of the patience test, the second half has been comparatively better because of partly engaging scenes, but it does not help to prevent the film from becoming a tiring watch. Kalavani 2, which has virtually nothing new to offer in terms of story and screenplay, is the latest to join the list of useless suites at Kollywood.
