Criticism of Mard Koard Nahi Hota by the Times of India

History: Surya (the beginner Abhimanyu Dbadani) has a rare disorder (superheroes). He can not feel pain. This makes him an unsuitable – an outcast from society, who ends up believing that he is a karate man, a self-proclaimed militant who has to fight the bad guys, like those who have killed his mother (Shweta Basu's special appearance Prasad).

Revue: Supri (a formidable Radhika Madan), Suraj's childhood darling is her only escape from her solitary existence. His original aajoba (Mahesh Manjrekar plays the grandfather), badures that Surya does not give in to pressure to fit in or be considered "normal" as the world and her father are waiting for her. Aajoba loves Surya's fire and even believes in her fantasies and bold imagination without losing her grip on reality. Once Surya entered puberty, Aajoba even advised her grandson, "Tujhe Bruce Lee, ki nahi, ek saheli ki zaroorat hai." (Funnier, when you see the movie) Congratulations to Vasan Bala. He creates a world of crazy, bizarre, eccentric and even absurd but incredibly entertaining adventures: he parodies the action movies / superheroes and reveres them in equal proportions.

If Andaz Apna Apna and Deadpool had a child in love, it would probably be like this crazy drama cleverly crafted. The film does not pretend to be something that it is not or does not try to be smarter than what works. Bala's randomness always makes sense and evokes laughter at the most inopportune moment, much to the amusement of the unsuspecting public. For example, a supposedly unconscious actor, who is ordered by the perpetrator to wake up and fight the hero, goes back to sleep, pretending to be an unconscious for his own safety. An actor presses the orange juice into the eyes of an idiot to fight him and the hero encourages himself by chanting Suraaaj, Suraj … as sachiiinnn Sachin, before attacking the wicked. The major comedy comes from characters who think aloud. Their insensate thought bubble makes it a thrilling story.

The director goes a bit too far with the slowmo action sequences, but do not worry, given the cleverly executed stunts. In addition, the comedy does not jeopardize the action sequences of the film, which is commendable. The "climax of the Avengers set" in particular is absolutely hilarious. On the other hand, despite its refreshing version of the superhero movies and its filmed fever, the story seems stagnant and in stages, which could have been avoided. You will also need some time to immerse yourself in the world of crazy heroism of Suraj.

Abhimanyu Dbadani and Radhika Madan both agree. They have great potential and a good presence on the screen. The entrance scene of Radhika in particular is remarkable. Gulshan Devaiah is fabulous in an intentionally clichéd double role and Mahesh Manjrekar gets the best one-liners, for which he does a lot of justice.

Do not look for logic, you'll have a lot of fun watching Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. There is no forced humor or slapstick, just weird thoughts and a weird execution. The film is shot in a certain space and once you've made it, it's an outrageous trip that you will not regret having taken. This one is really a key … a haske zaroor dard hoga.
