Criticism of the film Majili: Samantha's romantic drama and Naga Chaitanya is boring beyond the words

[ad_1]

Majili opens on a Purna (interpreted by Naga Chaitanya), who seems to lead a life that he despises. Nothing in life excites him, even if it is his favorite sport, cricket. Purna is a cricket enthusiast, but he is frantic and his life has changed completely. While he leads a life that he has not imagined for himself, director Shiva Nirvana takes us on an adventure filled with bloody stories and a few laughs here and there.

Purna wants to become an Indian cricketer, but the sport takes a back seat when he meets Anshu (Divyansha Kaushik). They fall in love with each other, but circumstances do not let them take their relationship to the next level. The father of Anshu does not approve of his daughter's love and they are separated.

Purna's life takes a dramatic turn and he eventually marries Sravani (Samantha), who is the ideal "woman". Sravani is devoted to her husband even if he does not look into her eyes. She understands that Purna is living a tragedy in life and waiting for years to come.

Creating a romantic drama is not an easy task, since Tollywood writes at least one love story a week. It is there that Majili, the director Shiva Nirvana, remains stuck. The whole film gives us a sense of "vu-vu-vu".

The shooting time of Majili is too long for his good. While the first half with Naga Chaitanya and Divyansha Kaushik is interesting enough to watch, the second half is a boring party with a lot of incredible moments. Majli's script is written lazily. The film has nothing to offer and does nothing to its kind.

Naga Chaitanya achieved her best career performance as Purna. In the grip of grief, he shines in the pbadages where he is still recovering from his tragic rupture. Samantha was literally on a roll of last year. From Irumbu Thirai to Majili, she delivered kickbad performances one after the other. Especially in Majili's climax scene, Samantha moves her tears with her natural performance.

While Majili's scenes are put to death in similar films, SS Thaman's score is taken from Tamil film Mouna Ragam and similar films. . Gopi Sundar's music is soothing, but the placement of songs slows the pace.

The latest film by Samantha and Naga Chaitanya, Majili, directed by Shiva Nirvana, is a love story with overused ideas. The film is full of scenes in which we have seen similar films.

2 out of 5 for Majili.
