Fans of GAME OF THRONS were stunned by the latest addition to the wax mills museum in Dublin – but that's for all the wrong reasons.
Wishing to pay tribute to a series that has brought so much to the island of Emerald, the museum has chosen to immortalize one of the main characters of the show in the form of wax .
The result is this rather distinctive wax model of Emilia Clarke's Daenerys Targaryen.
Plans for wax work were a well-kept secret for much of the past A few weeks later, it seems that some Game of Thrones fans were not impressed by the results.
Under the sign of Instagram, several unhappy fans of Game of Thrones commented on an image of wax, shared by the Dublin Waxworks Museum, with decries.
"It sounds more like Jon Snow," said one of them.
"Did you have a transitional student during or something like that? "Asked another."
A third said, "It must be a joke! "[19659003]" Well, it's funny, "said another person.
" Wow, maybe she'll be around 50, it'll look like her, "said another fan. [19659003] One of them said, "My God, it is terrible. How was this approved? "
The harshest insult came elsewhere, with the following comment:" It sounds like Katie Hopkins after a night out, what did they do to my dragon queen? " ? "
Laoise Keaveney, who works at the National Wax Museum Plus, spoke of this new addition to FM104 .
" This is our first wax work this year and we are excited to add an extra woman to the museum. , "she said.
" Game of Thrones is obviously huge in Ireland. It was filmed in Ireland and we thought the best was to add a Game of Thrones woman to the museum.
"She stands in our great Hall of Fame now."
A more terrifying spectacle than the king of nights.
One moment, please …
