Dave Bautista spoke with the WWE about a ring return to Wrestlemania 35, but the Avengers star Endgame is also studying a competing offer from All Elite Wrestling.

Bautista's last fight for the WWE came back in October, when he met with Evolution at Smackdown 1000 in Washington, DC

According to PWInsider, the former WWE Champion has met with officials at the organization's headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut last week.

In his last appearance at Smackdown, Bautista was referring to a match against his Evolution partner, Triple H, but the report says The Animal is "50/50 back at this point."

Triple H was allowed to resume training last month as a result of an injury to the pectoral muscle, suffered at WWE Crown Jewel in November.

Bautista is about to star in Avengers Endgame, whose release is scheduled for April, is expected to begin filming a new film, Dune, in March

It has been reported that filming would only put in peril his hope of return, but this could be in the AEW, as opposed to the WWE.

Per Wrestling Inc., AEW also discussed with Bautista and could offer him a fight at Double or North in May.
