That his soul rests in peace. The cremation takes place at the Oshiwara Crematorium, Relief Road, Prakash Nagar, Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Jogeshwari (O) at 11 o'clock, "reads in the tweet.

Navtej is survived by his wife Neelam and two of his daughters, a story Hundal is currently considered as Mihika in the popular daily soap opera Yeh Hai Mohabbatein , starring Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi.
In addition to working in films, Navtej has also directed drama courses, part of blockbuster films such as Khalnayak (1993) and Tere Mere Sapne (1996) as well as TV shows like Bhar at Ek Khoj
