Death of Telugu actor Amit Purohit: Aditi Rao Hydari presents his condolences from the South

The actor Amit Purohit, who had starred in Telugu and Hindi films, died recently. He was last seen in the movie Telugu Sammohanam. The cause of his death is still unknown.

Sammohanam actors Aditi Rao Hydari, Sudheer Babu and director Mohan Krishna Indraganti went on Twitter to share the news and express their sorrow after his untimely death.

In Sammohanam, Amit played Aditi's ex-boyfriend Rao Hydari and set up a stellar performance. The actress took on Twitter to offer her condolences. His message read: "Rest in peace Amit Purohit, Prayers and healings to the family … a kind, gentle, hardworking man who will be leaving soon Thank you for your precious presence at #sammohanam #GoneTooSoon (sic)"

Sharing the sad news, Sudheer Babu wrote: "Saddened by the Death of news from Amit Purohit.He played Ammo Malhotra (Sameera's ex-boyfriend) in Sammohanam.A very nice guy and always gave us 100% for every shot.Other young and actor left us too soon, may his soul find peace. "

Director Mohan Krishna Indraganti recalled the moments when he had worked with him and expressed his sorrow on Twitter . He wrote, "I can not believe it … Amit Purohith, one of the sweetest, wise and talented actors I've worked with, and such a generous man !!! Amith, you're gonna I miss you, man, think about re-educating you soon.May you rest in peace, Brother. "(1965)"
