Actor Mahesh Anand was found dead at his Mumbai residence on Saturday, ANI reported. He was 57 years old.
The cause of his death has not yet been determined, ANI added.
Mahesh Anand was popular in the 1990s for his negative roles in Hindi films. Shahenshah, Majboor, Swarg, Thanedaar, Vishwatma, Gumrah, Khuddar, Betaaj Badshah, Vijeta and Kurukshetra are some of his best-known films. The reason for his death remains to be determined; the body was sent to the Cooper hospital for autopsy.
