In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Deepika revealed that to prepare for her role as Kapil Dev's wife, Romi, she intends to spend time with her and communicate with her. Deepika mentioned that since her father was a sportsman, they have known Kapil Dev and his family for a long time. She also revealed that she had met Kapil Dev's wife several times, including at her reception. But, she wants to know her point of view to play justice on the screen.
