Following a lawsuit filed by the T series against PewDiePie, the Delhi court has asked YouTube to remove from its platform two songs published by the Swedish YouTuber. The court has also asked YouTube to ensure that the songs in question are not uploaded again. On July 15, Judge Jayant Nath declared that, in an interim order, Judge Jayant Nath had to comply with the order within two weeks. "In my opinion, it would be in the interests of justice that these videos be removed by YouTube," he said.

In his petition, T-Series requested the removal of songs T-Series Diss Track / Bitch Lasagna and Congratulations from YouTube. The giant of Indian music told the court that the lyrics of these songs were defamatory and offensive. The songs contain racist, inflammatory and hateful remarks against the Indian community and denigrate T-Series and its brand,

The court also took note of the fact that after the broadcast of the first video, PewDiePie had sent a message. to the T series to apologize for the same. "It was all fun," he said, adding that he "did not see more videos in the same direction."

However, on March 31, after losing the crown to T-Series, he downloaded a new song. In the rather nasty video, he made fun of India for poverty and the caste system in the country. He has also done underhand research at the T series chief executive, Bhushan Kumar, who would have escaped a huge tax. Last December, the income tax department carried out searches on Bhushan properties in India.
