Director David Nutter states that CG animation is why the ghost was not pampered by Jon Snow

Looks like the Starbucks scandal is not quite wrong with the last episode of Game of Thrones . There was some of the werewolf lovers who did not let go of the idea that even after losing his ear in the battle against the Army of the Dead, Ghost was not caressed by Jon Snow, played by Kit Harington. In fact, Jon seemed a frame too far from the animal and overtook him after recognizing and tilting his head from a distance. Talking to huffingtonpost.co.uk, David Nutter, a veteran GoT director says: "Since werewolves are somehow CGI creations, we thought it best to keep it as simple as possible, and I think it played a lot more powerful that way. "

A certain group of animal lovers did not like the fact that CGI was a hindrance for Jon wishing a farewell to Ghost. One reaction was: "We could not have Jon Pet Ghost because we messed up our CGI budget because of the blood spill on Rhaegal's throat – and Starbucks." (Sic)
