Does WWE plan to reserve Batista vs. Triple H for WrestleMania 35?

Rumors that another WWE Batista match was going on hovered for a while. Batista even said in the past that he wanted to leave the company before hanging up. He admitted that the only match he wants to have before retiring is against Triple H. But he claimed that Vince McMahon had always blocked his return to the company in the past.

He made his return to the WWE at SmackDown 1000. episode with the evolution. During the segment, Batista made a sneaky comment that Triple H never beat him. This excited a lot of fans and a potential match between them seemed like a real possibility. However, WWE has not announced any potential bridging project.

But a report published in Sports Illustrated indicates that it seems unlikely that Triple H is ready for a match against Batista or anyone else at WrestleMania 35

This comes after Triple H was injured in November during a game at Crown Jewel. "The Game" is badociated with Shawn Michaels to face Undertaker and Kane in a team match where they eventually defeat The Brothers of Destruction. But during the match, Triple H had a torn pectoral muscle and was operated on several days later. WrestleMania 35.
