Actor Ellen Page has named Chris Pratt, star of the Guardians of the Galaxy, for his support of the "infamous, anti-LGBTQ" church. Pratt, who was talking about The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, had revealed that he had just completed a 21-day "Daniel Fast" in which he had participated through his church.
Pratt, who was participating in the show to promote The Lego Movie 2: The second part, shared, "I came out of that a few days ago. It is a fast of 21 days. I did it through my church. It's based on Daniel. The prophet Daniel of the Old Testament. "
" Daniel was a guy who ate only fruits, vegetables and cereals. He had no leavened bread or products of animal origin, "Pratt said on the show. He also said that his pastor had inspired him.
He added that for 21 days he had no meat, no sugar, no alcohol. "It was really incredible," added the actor.
Page tweeted by quoting an article on the appearance of Pratt in the series. She wrote, "Oh. K. Um. But his church is sadly anti-LGBTQ, so maybe that too? Page is openly gay and came out during a speech at the Time to Thrive conference of the Human Rights Campaign in Las Vegas in 2014.
During the #MeToo movement, she had claimed that the producer Brett Ratner had revealed it on the X-Men shootings: the last fight while she was only 18 years old.
