Barbadians flocked to the movies yesterday to watch the Avengers series for the last time on the big screen.

Avengers: Endgame is the culmination of a decade of Marvel film magic, putting an end to the scenarios of many heroes who have captivated moviegoers for years. After the closing of Endgame, characters such as Captain America, Iron Man and Thor may no longer be seen on the screen, at least not as central characters.

Endgame was inaugurated yesterday at the Olympus Theaters of the Sheraton Mall, Christ Church, with a special program, almost occupying the theater with several shows a day on different screens.

The PG13 film was also presented by Globe Drive-In and Limegrove cinemas. (CA)
