Erica Fernandes of Kasautii Zindagii Kay returns the ball to his enemies after winning the prize for "Best Jodi" with Parth Samthaan

Kasautii Zindagii Kay sees Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan taking over the roles of Prerna and Anurag. Both have recently won a prize for "Best Jodi" at an awards ceremony. This prompted Erica to return to the haters for questioning their chemistry at the beginning of the show.

The link between Parth and Erica seems to have grown over time. Both are often seen together during special events and occasions. Although there were rumors of dissension between Erica and Hina Khan, both were cordial with each other during the awards ceremony.
