In Sunday's eighth season of HBO's "Game of Thrones," titled "Winterfell," Arya Stark commissioned a new custom weapon.
The blacksmith? No one but Gendry, of course. He now works in the Winterfell forge, turning dragonglbad into couture weapons. We saw him give Sandor "The Hound" Clegane a new ax in dragonglbad, then Arya made his request.

"Why do you need something like this ? " Gendry asked Arya (whom he does not realize that he is now an extremely talented badbadin).
Take a closer look at the drawing that she handed him:
"Dragonglbad" is written on paper, just next to what looks like a spearhead. Then there is a small arrow pointing from the end of the dragonglbad to a handle, as if Arya wanted the blade of the weapon to be interchangeable.
The drawing itself leaves us with questions. What is there on the other side? Why should the tip be removed? How big will it be? Fortunately, the answers will be there soon. In an interview with Joanna Robinson of Vanity Fair, weapons creator "Game of Thrones" Tommy Dunne said that he had created a new play for season eight "which is absolutely phenomenal".
"It will be a success," Dunne said in the podcast "Still Watching". "It was great to finish, it was great to do, great to design it."
Dunne also mentioned that this mystery weapon was designed to "be modified and transformed into two different elements". This seems to be a reference to the new blade that Arya asked Gendry to manufacture. And if it's a spear that can be broken into two separate daggers?
In the trailer of the season "Game of Thrones" and preview for next week In this episode, we were shown that Arya was holding a dragonglbad blade to talk about her encounters with the different faces of Death.

This blade is probably one of the ends of the weapon that she asked Gendry to forge, meaning we only have to wait until next week to see the new piece closely. In the meantime, we're going to revisit this forge scene just to bask in the soft glow of Arya and Gendry flirting.
