Sincere homecomings, reconciliation of offers and erasure of White Walkers.
By Matt Fowler
We are less than a month away from the eighth epic season of Game of Thrones, which will debut April 14 on HBO. And even though we have been busy searching for all the clues we can find, exploring possible theories about what lies ahead, let 's not forget that these last six episodes will also stab us in the soul. Yes, epic battles will also have epic sensations, some in the form of long-awaited reunions.
Here's a quick recap of all the characters we want to meet, plug in and sync during Game of Thrones & # 39; final arc. Of course, a good part of the list presents Jon Snow, who finally saw a group of people that he had not seen since the first episodes, before his adventures took him away from Starks and Lannisters, but it is not all Jon.
The last seasons have worked hard to bring together this gigantic set, knowing that once, everyone was scattered in the farthest corners of Westeros and / or Essos. Now, everyone is more or less in the same area, preparing to face an army of frozen undead. That said, we still want a handful of meetings – no! – need to see. Scroll through the slideshow or go to the list below.
JON SNOW and ARYA STARK
As the two Winterfellians who crossed the most terrain and saw the more violence, we will fade into oblivion when Jon will finally have seen Arya for the first time since he has made it a gift Needle and gone to join Night Watch.Remember the emotion that we experienced when Jon and Sansa ended up in Season 6 – and they never even had a scene together before! We were so happy to see someone who was still The living people of Winterfell kiss and cry, you know, their lives.
JON SNOW and JAIME LANNISTER
When Jon Snow briefly chatted with Jaime Lannister in the pilot, Jaime was his usual character of season 1. He was not a pure fool, but he was rather condescending about Jon's choice to join Night Watch and his inexperience in combat. Now that Jon's crusade has proved ultra-dignified, since he intends to lead the North into a war against the king of the night and an avalanche of zombies on ice, Jaime is going have to eat a few words. Jaime is one of the northern men to fight alongside Jon, after all.
JON SNOW and SAMWELL TARLY
Of course, it's only been a few seasons since these two separate paths, but now that Sam has abandoned Oldtown and those arrogant old Maesters, he and Gilly have landed at Winterfell, in the expectation of Jon, every time he returns Jon will find some faces he has not seen for a long time, but let's not neglect this dynamic duo. In addition, there is the fact that Sam can not wait to tell you that Jon is the nephew of Daenerys Targaryen. a lot of hot rumors to catch up!
ARYA STARK and GENDRY
For a moment, we could not really imagine how those two would end up someday. . But now, Arya 's first thirsty trap is back in the mix, and ready to (forge a shirtless shirt) to forge a pile of weapons for Jon' s army. Could this meeting spark an arc of romance for Arya or did his accumulated trauma create a cold heart that can not be cracked? In addition, there is the question of Gendry as bastard Baratheon. You know, even though this family still counts.
BRIENNE and TORMUND
JON SNOW and BRAN STARK
It's not as if a meeting involving Bran Stark could be a real shake, considering from the monotonous state of Bran, but Jon will always be happy to see it. God, Jon does not even think Bran is dead either. The last time he heard about Sam, Bran was heading north of the wall. So, it is certainly one of the least important meetings. Just do not throw in Bran to gather a separate meeting. Did not Jon see Arya and Bran at the same time . Keep Bran sitting in the wood of God. Someone will eventually come to pick him up.
BRAN STARK and THEON GRAYJOY
Again, any meeting involving Bran will be a cold meeting. He will not look you in the eye and tell mysterious things about your past (and your future, perhaps). But, despite all that Theon did, he did not reconcile with Bran for the wreckage and ruin that he caused Winterfell when he betrayed Robb during the Season 2. Even though Bran I'm not quite able to accept Theon's excuses, we're always late. With Theon, who tries to save Yara, who knows if these two people will even cross each other.
BRAN STARK and JAIME LANNISTER
Given that we are currently participating in Brandon Stark's apology tour, Jaime may have to make a few repentant words about the young man. You know, for trying to kill him but to paralyze him for life. All this will land on Greenseeing's unemotional ears, of course, but being nice does not cost anything. Not only did Jaime learn the mistake of his behavior, but, like Bran, he also suffered a serious physical injury that limited his mobility (and even stole him the only one). something for which he was good).
SANSA STARK and CERSEI LANNISTER
This seems like a tricky question, since Cersei has not left King's Landing in seven seasons, forcing everyone to come see her if they want a word. But there should be a last moment between the two queens, given Sansa's length of detention in the capital of Westeros, as a guest (abused) "," as a result of the execution of her Father. Sansa is reborn from the ashes to become QUEEN INNA NORTH! and we would die absolutely if these evildoers had the opportunity to mutilate again. "
JORAH and LYANNA MORMONT

No, these two do not have never met. You can thank Jorah for being exiled to Essos for this. But since Jorah was driven out of his home as a disgraced knight and he has now returned to the fold as one of Daenerys' closest aides, ready to protect the North from terrible evils, it would be great to meet his first ardent man. cousin, Lyanna, who now runs her former home, Bear Island. She might even be able to give her a little bit of family grace now that her father, the former night watch commander Jeor Mormont, has died. Or she could just tell him to piss off. It can be pretty hard.
JON SNOW and THE NIGHT KING
These two I have often looked at the other side of a battlefield, and as recently as "Beyond the Wall" of last season, but if we are talking about the final phase of Game of Thrones here these two must finally face and give sword blows. Especially since the prevailing theory is that killing the king of the night will turn off all white walkers and warriors who run. It's a bit like eliminating the main vampire.
What are the meetings you expect the most? there are even characters who have never met before whom do you want to see interact f or the first time? Let us know below …
