Midway through the last season of HBO's Game of Thrones, Arya surprised everyone by slipping into the Night King and stabbing him with his Valyrian steel dagger, killing him and ending the war against the White Walkers. Fans wondered how Arya had managed to jump so high up in the air, and we now know that the script says at one point that she was jumping from a bunch of corpses.
In a new sequence seen in the documentary "Game of Thrones: The Last Watch" by HBO, we hear producer and screenwriter Bryan Cogman read the script of this critical scene.
"Something rushes to him out of the dark – Arya," says Cogman. "She avoids a heap of dead armies, jumps on the King of the Night and plunges the dagger into the armor of the King of the Night.The King of the Night breaks."
Arya is so much above the king of the night that a lot of people have wondered how she made that jump. This line of script now suggests that there were simply superfluous details on the stage that never appeared in the final montage of the scene.

The smart stabbing shot Arya with the dagger Moreover, it is not mentioned in the Cogman script. Perhaps the documentary is mounted around this explanation, or perhaps it is a combat choreography to which they had not yet thought for the scene.
