1) To remain faithful to his sisters, Jon must ignore Dany's request not to reveal the secret.
2) The secret, of course, does not stop there but extends to Dany's own advisers. At least one of them (Varys) says aloud that Jon Snow might be a better choice than Dany to rule the kingdom.
In an earlier scene, Daenerys goes to Jon's room to try to ease tensions between them. . Jon badures him that he does not want the throne, but Dany points out that he may not have a choice. He did not want to be king in the North either, but had to yield to the will of the people. Daenerys begs him not to reveal this secret to anyone, especially his sisters. His exact words: "You will not be able to control it or what it does to people. No matter how many times you bend your knee. "
And Jon goes and does just that.
In the space of an episode, the secret then spreads to Tyrion via Sansa, then to Varys, which actively puts Daenerys and his reign in danger, his two advisers being preoccupied with his impulsive tendencies for some time.Varys clarifies what Tyrion still does not want to admit himself – "People are attracted to him." And of course, there is also the fact that Jon is a male heir and therefore much more acceptable to the lords and conservative ladies of Westeros.
