Washington DC: Maisie Williams is ready to play in The Owners thriller, directed by Julius Berg after a script by Berg and Matthieu Gompel. The Owners is based on a book by comics artist Herrmann and written by Yves H, reported Variety. The film will be shot in Kent in an isolated Victorian mansion. The story takes place in a rural England where two broke friends were pushed by a sociopath of the city to steal the old local doctor and his wife.
Williams will play the girlfriend of one of the writers sentenced to death. the plan, which ends in a deadly game of cat and mouse, lets the Williams character fight to save himself from a nightmare that she could never have imagined. Williams is best known for her role as Arya Stark in HBO's Game of Thrones, whose eighth season is being presented in April.
She also appeared in Early Man with Tom Hiddleston and Eddie Redmayne and will then be seen in Marvel's X Men: The New Mutants alongside Anya Taylor-Joy and Charlie Heaton.
