Do you have a bad case of Mondays? Well, Marvel is here to get you out of your bad and maybe even go to the gym. They released a new featurette behind the scenes for Captain Marvel with more details on the strength training that the star did to prepare for that role. We also have some new footage from the film, including a new shot of Jude Law as (apparently) Yon-Rogg.

Larson worked by undoing. for this production and one of his achievements was to push a car for 60 seconds. It's really great for me.
A highlight of training: pushing Jason Walsh's 5000-pound Jeep (with gasoline and Alyssa driving for safety reasons!) For 60 seconds. In Captain Marvel @nike Metcons! It's a strong atmosphere but I like it. pic.twitter.com/f98n6so8TU

His smile and little laugh of joy after his accomplishment almost make me want to drop the spoon of dough raw biscuits. Almost. Again, as this January instagram post shows, Ms. Larson may be on my side when it comes to cookies.
