Google celebrates the anniversary of his birth with a doodle

Today, Google dedicates its doodle to the iconic Indian film actor Madhubala. Popularly known as "The Marilyn Monroe of Bollywood," Madhubala was known for its beauty, personality, and sensitive portrayal of women in the movies.

Brought up in the slums of Bombay, she supported her family as a child star and quickly became a leading actor. woman known for her on – screen elegance and considerable acting abilities.

Born in Delhi that day in 1933, Mumtaz Jehan Begum Dehlavi was raised in a city located near the Bombay Talkies movie studio.

Madhubala appeared in his first film. at the age of 9, is presented as the baby Mumtaz. In 1947, she landed the lead role in Neel Kamal at the age of 14 and took the name of Madhubala. As the family's main source of income, she has worked tirelessly to support her parents and four sisters.

Madhubala appeared in nine films in 1949, including a breathtaking performance in the Mahal box office hit.

While his breathtaking appearance was worth the Venus comparison, Madhubala was a gifted actor with a sober style, ideal for comedies, dramas, and romantic roles. She fell in love with Dilip Kumar, her partner in the 1951 novel, Tarana, but her father, who directed his career, intervened. The chemistry of the actors in the epic historical drama Mughal-e-Azam, one of the most popular and expensive films in the history of Bollywood, was undeniable and unforgettable.

In over 70 films during a tragically brief career, Madhubala – who would have turned 86 today – called "The World's Greatest Star" in 1952 by the magazine Theater Arts.

In 2008, she appeared on a commemorative stamp in India, where many remember her as a memorable memory.

Madhubala's life and career are shattered when she dies on February 23, 1969, at the age of 36, after a long illness. Raj Kapoor's film Chalak was due to be released in 1966. It took a short film but she could not survive and the film was incomplete even at the time of her death.
