Tuesday, a huge amount of hawala money was seized from Jaipur airport and a youth was arrested after the special wing of the state police – l & # Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) – received information about youth.
Young people carried currencies from different countries in bags totaling more than two crore in Indian rupees. The youth was arrested by the cops and questioned about contacts from the point of departure and arrival in the hawala chain.

The recovery was about 1.30 lakh Saudi Riyal, five Bangladeshi Taka lakh, nine hundred Bahraini dinar, three hundred Qatari riyal, more than fifteen hundred Omani riyal among others. The youths and the money were handed over to the Department of Income Tax and Customs. ATS is trying to find out if money should be used for anti-national activities.
