You can trust Karan Johar to make a fashion statement wherever he goes and the situation was no different when the director attended the GQ Best Dressed 2019 party on June 1, 2019. The event been celebrated by the who's who of Bollywood, including: personalities such as Katrina Kaif, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Anand Ahuja, Kriti Sanon, Jim Sarbh and others; Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are at the top of their style games.
We now know that a few people in the fashion industry and Bollywood have an impeccable style sense, one of them KJO himself. But one still wonders who these gods of style and divas do they indulge in fashion? So we made sure to ask Karan Johar the same question during our interaction with him at the GQ Best Dressed party.
Without hesitation, the director replied: "The best dressed person in the country, for me, has always been Mr. Amitabh Bachchan." It was obvious that he had a lot of respect for Big B whereas he continued, radiant: "He (Bachchan) has the most amazing style, he is flamboyant and always wears everything he wears".
Karan's answer only states that Amitabh Bachchan's title of "Eternally Dapper" is entirely justified, which was attributed to him by GQ in his June 2013 issue when Bachchan was covering the magazine "The 50 best dressed men in India". When asked for some style advice, Johar said, "Dress with what makes you happy and what makes you comfortable." Do not dress for a trend, as trends will disappear, but you will not do it. "
