Hina Khan, Erica Fernandes dolls on the market, Ekta Kapoor, producer of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, reacts

Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is a popular show on the small screen. Therefore, it can not be denied that the actors who play key roles in the series also have a huge audience. To exploit this love, toy manufacturers have developed a new strategy. Dolls inspired by the characters of Komolika (played by Hina Khan), Prerna (played by Erica Fernandes) and Anurag's sister (played by Pooja Banerjee) were put on the market. And now, the producer of the series, Ekta Kapoor, has reacted to that.

In a post on Instagram, Ekta wrote: "Wat Biggger is a compliment for these iconic characters! Thank you ppl for d love !!! Komo dolls n dolls prerna !! Wats ur pick ???? "

The fans flooded the Ekta post with their choices and most voted for the best Hina Khan doll, aka Komolika. A follower wrote: "The Komo doll looks more catchy". Another commented, "Komolika dolls are the love".

To bring them closer to the characters, the three dolls received traditional outfits, similar to those worn by the characters. Prerna's doll seems more sober, but Komolika's doll presents other ornaments on her clothes, in harmony with the character of the show.

From September 2018, the show is a restart of the original 2001, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, in which Shweta Tiwari, Cezanne Khan and Urvashi Dholakia played the lead role. The new series has also been well received by the public and by the lead role Parth Samathan.
