Housefull 4 is one of the most anticipated films of the year. The film is currently in post-production, but it has sparked controversy due to the participation of Sajid Khan and Nana Patekar. The main actress, Kriti Sanon, revealed that the producer, Sajid Nadiadwala, had acted quickly so that the film was not affected. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama after the success of Luka Chuppi Kriti Sanon said: "Yes, we were all concerned about the what's going to happen. At the end of the day, it's the producer's call, it's his money. And hat to Sajid sir (Sajid Nadiadwala), the way he handled the situation. Despite the way he handled the situation, even after so much chaos, we did not stop shooting for more than two days. We were back on the set on the third day. And it was an expensive game. So, I am sure that he has spent a lot of money and no fault of his own. But, he took this call and he was there for us on the set every day after that. He is badured of it. We finished the program a day before we left. In fact, we were all sort of a team whose role was that everything that had happened should not affect the film because a movie is there forever. You know, it's over there, you can not change anything. And you have to make sure that you have done your best and that you are doing the best.
Kriti Sanon also revealed how Farhad Samji played the leading role in the making of the film Housefull 3 . "Fortunately, Farhad (Samji) was already on the set because he is also the writer. When we were shooting in Jaisalmer. We were all very familiar with him. He knows very well the film. So, fortunately, he was able to take over because we shot some very important scenes afterwards. We pulled the interval and peak after that. You know the Housefull interval and the highlight is madness. I think it was well managed, "she said.
When asked if Farhad Samji would be involved in the final editing of the film, Kriti added," I guess. I'm sure Sajid sir is going to be completely on her. And what I can say is really very good. We had situations where we laughed between scenes because it's so funny. I think comedy in reincarnation in a movie has never been done before, which is something very new. We have already had reincarnation movies, many of them too, but the reincarnation of a comedy is, in my opinion, an excellent idea in itself. "
Housefull 4 features an ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde, among others.Chunky Panday, Johnny Lever, Boman Irani and Rana Daggubati are also part of it, revolving around the theme of reincarnation, the film follows a non-linear narrative and all the flashback sequences were shot in Rajasthan.A sumptuously mounted set was built in Mumbai for the finale.
