Harmanpreet Kaur, captain of the Indian club T20I, second scorer of ICC World Twenty20 recently concluded, has won three places and has seized the 3rd place of the T20I players ranking ICC, released Tuesday. Kaur, who collected 183 points in the ICC's World T20, sealed third place with Stafanie Taylor of the West Indies and Suzie Bates of New Zealand winning second and first place respectively.

Jemimah Rodrigues and Smriti Mandhana are two other Indian bats. made a decent rise in their batting positions. While Rodrigues won nine places to take sixth place in career, Mandhana is now ranked tenth after seven places.

Alyssa Healey of Australia, who has emerged as the top scorer in the T20 of the FIFA World Championship, with 283 races and was also declared tournament player, has won four places to reach the eighth position.

At the bowling level, Australia's Megan Schutt leads the standings, followed by India's Poonam Yadav and New Zealander Leigh Kasperek – who has gone up seven places. England's Sophie Ecclestonede gained 12 spots to take fourth place, while Australia's star Ellyse Perry took fifth place.

In the team standings, Australia and England, who stood out in the women's T20 final, are rightly ranked as No. 1 and No. 2 teams. India, which lost to England in the semi-finals, is fifth in the standings.

Australia won its fourth T20 World Title after defeating England by 8 wickets at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua. After beating England for a derisory total of 105 points, the Australians managed to shoot down the target with eight wickets in hand.
