21 Savage, whose real name Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was arrested in a "targeted operation" in the metropolitan area of Atlanta, said ICE spokesman Bryan Cox.
Abraham-Joseph, 26, claimed to be from Atlanta and has long been considered a local act.
