The actress, married to Anand Ahuja, received a special gift from her stepmother, Priya Ahuja, on the occasion of Eid. She thanked her mother-in-law for buying her the best gifts and wrote him a sincere word.

She shared a picture of herself dressed in a white suit and traditional earrings. In parallel, Sonam wrote: "@ priya27ahuja thank you for always having bought the finest gifts … a new outfit for Eid! I love mom!"

Sonam also shared a video message for his fans. While she did not say anything in the video, Sonam subtitled her message on Instagram as follows: "Eid Mubarak to my sisters and brothers .. सारा प्यार. चाँद सबसे ख़ूबसूरत हैं."

In the movie, Sonam will star The Zoya Factor alongside Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role. Based on the novel of the same name, the film is directed by Abhishek Sharma.
