India protests against Pak-China bus service project via Pak-occupied Kashmir

India filed strong protests on Wednesday Pakistan and China regarding a bus service to be launched Saturday Lahore and Kashghar, a city in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in the far west of China, via Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

"We organized strong protests against China and Pakistan over the proposed bus service, which will serve Pakistan – Jammu and Kashmir occupied by the so-called Sino-Pakistani economic corridor," said Raveesh Kumar, spokesman for the Department of External Affairs, in response to questions from the media.

"It is the consistent and well-known position of the Indian Government Called" China-Pakistan Border Agreement "of 1963 is illegal and invalid, and has never been recognized by the Indian Government", said Mr. Kumar.

"Therefore, any bus service of this type across Pakistan Jammu and Kashmir will be a violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of India".

The Initiative did not join the BIS under the Belts and Roads Initiative (BRI) of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

India did not join the BIS on the grounds that it would do so. does not respect the territorial integrity of other countries and has placed participating countries in debt traps.
