Indian choreographer Ace Prabhu Deva will be awarded the Padma Shri Award

The famous Indian choreographer Prabhu Deva will receive the prestigious Padma Shri Award. In the list that mentions many Bollywood celebrities like the late Kedar Khan, Shankar Mahadevan Narayan, Manoj Bajpayee and others. The announcement made earlier tonight saw the number of personalities honored by the Padma Awards, including Bollywood celebrities who made a significant contribution to the Indian film industry.

Born on April 3, 1973, Prabhu Deva worked not only in Hindi films, but also in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada films. He has a career of 25 years and has interpreted and invented a wide range of dance forms. Prabhu Deva has received much praise and is often referred to as the Indian Michael Jackson. He has received numerous awards for his excellence in dance and now the Padma Shri Award adds another feather to his hat.

Prabhu Deva has starred in many commercially successful films, including Kadhalan Minsara Kanavu and VIP and later he even directed a couple of Hindi films like Wanted Rowdy Rathore and many others.
