Varun's plan to marry Mannat and Shivansh for real so to have easy access to the wealth of the Oberoi is a logic that surpbades us. Varun uses Munni as an excuse for Mannat to do things as he pleases. In the previous episode, Varun had asked Mannat to wear the uniform of Sonia's bride and to sit at the altar to marry Shivansh.
Mannat first refused to marry Shivansh, but when Varun threatens to kill Munni, she has no choice but to work on the plan. Shivansh is as cold-eyed as it will betray the whole family. He tells Varun that he can not marry Sonia and deceive the whole family. However, Varun also manages to convince him that what he does for the family to be happy is right. What Shivansh does not know is that Varun has replaced the fake pandit with a real one. In fact, Varun wants them to get married.
Mannat and Shivansh are seen doing all the ceremonial steps necessary to get married. He ties the mangalsutra around his neck and applies the kumkum to his forehead. However, throughout the scene, she does not take her dupatta and no one is aware of the fact that she is actually Mannat and not Sonia. How will Shivansh and the whole family react when they discover that Mannat is Sonia? Will Shivansh be angry?
