Usually, I tend to feel more pressure for others than myself. However, this time, I feel more pressure than in my first movie, "BTC". That said, the pressure does not come from a negative space. It's just that there is a lot of anticipation, nervous energy and excitement. The way the film is presented and the banner (Dharma Productions) that supports it, make it rather overwhelming. Janhvi and I are deeply attached to this film, especially for what we experienced during its realization.

Speaking of pressure, how do you deal with the comparisons between "Sairat"? and & Dhadak & # 39; on social networks?

I've taken advantage of trolling, but it's important to keep your perspective in the middle of it all. People judge a feature film based on a two and a half minute promo. What matters are the opinions that come after we've seen the movie. While key elements of & # 39; Sairat & # 39; have been preserved, 'Dhadak & # 39; is a new film in itself. In fact, it's the characterization that makes it cool. The imprint of Shashank (Khaitan, director) on 'Dhadak & # 39; is huge. He brought a lot of his own life. It's his rendition of "Sairat", which is also a kind of model for the films we've watched over the years, whether it's "Romeo and Juliet". or Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak & # 39 ;. I do not fully understand the term & Bollywood & & # 39; # 39 ;. In my opinion, this means a certain value of production, sensation and projection. But I think the important thing is to understand the film you make and the reality of the characters and their world. I do not agree with this perception. We live in a world where there are more than seven billion people and there are many stories that make you optimistic and optimistic about love. The fact that we are making a film about love, with conviction, proves that it exists. I am not someone who can fool me into believing anything, although it is the work of an actor. As you enter the industry with "BTC", would you call "Dhadak"? your big Bollywood debut, as the first one was not technically common?

& # 39; BTC & # 39; has not been watched by many people. That said, these are tags that people give. I've heard too much since my childhood – star child, industry insider, and so on. I do not use these terms. For me, 'Dhadak & # 39; is a movie and I am an actor. I had the opportunity to do the "BTC" and I felt strongly about it. Majidi Sir wanted me in the movie and Karan (Johar, producer) was kind enough to let me go first. Then & Dhadak & # 39; has arrived and again, I am very happy to be part of it. I am only 22 years old and I feel very lucky to be able to act. I've always wanted to start early and I'm just trying to grow up.

One of the highlights of 'Dhadak & # 39; is your twinning with Janhvi, who debuts with this movie. Tell us about your equation with her …

Janhvi is a pretty comical relief on the set. She continues to do these funny things without wanting to, we all crunch. She may seem a bit calm, especially when she represents the movie, but that's because she has her face. She is quite notorious (laughs!). When she feels at home, she is her best uninhibited and becomes a joker. In fact, we played a lot of jokes and had a great time on the set. This was perhaps the most delicious experience of our lives up to now, if I can say that on his behalf. We had a wonderful time preparing the characters together. We had a lot of time to understand the cultural background, the state of mind of the characters and we also had an idea of ​​Udaipur. We interacted with a lot of local people there. We were able to walk without any restrictions.

Soon, you will be a familiar face, who will probably not be able to walk the streets without being noticed or being captured by the paparazzi. How ready are you for this phase of life?
