ISRO is working on a small, low-cost launcher to send lighter satellites into orbit. The rocket is scheduled for test flight in the second half of 2019, ISRO chairman K.Sivan said on Wednesday.
Addressing the convening ceremony of the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, he said that many innovations had been made to the design of the new launcher.
