Madame Tussauds Delhi is about to have another occupant. The wax character of singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh will be unveiled Thursday, March 28 at the wax museum.

The statue was originally to be revealed on February 28, but was postponed as a result of the mourning caused by the terrorist attack on Pulwama.

The actor had also donated 300,000 rupees to the wives of the CRPF staff who lost their lives during the terrorist attack on Pulwama. He shared a snapshot of the receipt on his social media and urged his supporters to contribute to the welfare of the martyr families.
