On Sunday Mother's Day, actor Janhvi Kapoor shared a heartbreaking post on Instagram while reminiscing about his late mother and actor Sridevi.
Janhvi shares his childhood picture with Sridevi and the caption: "Cherish them, listen to them, give them all the love of the world. Happy Mother's Day. "We see the actor sitting on the lap of his mother. She can be seen wearing the Sridevi gold necklace around her neck and a bindi and mats.
The Indian actor died last year from drowning in a bathtub in his hotel room in Dubai, a few days after his marriage to the nephew of his husband Boney Kapoor, Mohit Marwah. Janhvi and her sister Khushi found support from half-brothers Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor who came together to form a family after Sridevi's death.
Janhvi also shared Karan Johar's talk show, Koffee With Karan, with his brother Arjun in the sixth season. His first film, Dhadak, came out a few months after Sridevi's death and continued to be a hit with 74 rupee collections at the national box office, as reported by BollywoodHungama.com.

Janhvi had previously stated in an interview, "You know, at the end of the day, we have the same blood in us. I do not remember anything of those four months (between Sridevi's death and the release of Dhadak), but I remember the day we were sitting in Harsh's room (Anil Kapoor's son), Bhaiya , and Arjun Bhaiya and Anshula (Arjun Kapoor's sister), Didi. I think that's the day I thought, "Maybe we'll be fine." Who can we rely on? So, Khushi and I found ourselves bent over them. Strong trust is forged between us. They are so laid-back people, so kind and strong people who encourage you and who are true to you. We are blessed. "
