– Jim Ross is not a fan of how the WWE story about Kofi Kingston's quest for the WrestleMania title was apparently about his race. Ross commented on the plot on Twitter, commented by Big E., saying "the game is that people like us will not go that far" after Kingston was criticized by McMahon during his visit to Kingston. Gauntlet match last week.
Commenting on the script, Ross wrote, "The race should never have been included in the scenario [Kingston]. It's a clbadic, a story of the oppressed. Race, religion and politics have no place on TV rbadlin, IMO. "
Ross announced earlier this month that he was separating from the company, noting that the departure was amicable. In his latest podcast, he said he was about to sign an agreement with AEW in a few days. Kingston earned his game against Bryan after New Day won a Gauntlet match during the Smackdown episode this week.
The race should never have been integrated in the scenario @TrueKofi .
