Joe, 29, and Turner, 23, secretly tied up in Las Vegas on May 1st. However, the newlyweds will exchange their vows again in France in June. A relative of the couple told Us Weekly that the couple wanted to organize a big party. The insider added that there would be a wild cake, a live performance and perhaps a Jonas Brothers concert.
