Elias was in the middle of the ring at WWE WrestleMania, performing for fans in the arena after receiving a crude and epic surprise from none other than John Cena. We arrived at Cena in a way that we had not seen in years.
If You Did not Know …
John Cena made his Gimmick Dr. of Thuganomics debut at the WWE in 2002 and it helped John. Cena quickly lift the WWE card. The gimmick appeared after Stephanie McMahon and others saw Cena hit on the WWE bus and allowed him to incorporate it into his gimmick.
Cena had a resounding success over the next few years and won the WWE United States Championship. WWE.

The heart of the problem
Elias was playing WrestleMania 35 when he was surprised by none other than John Cena. Cena brought back her gimmick from Dr. of Thuganomics after almost 14 years and this caused a huge pop of fans in the arena. telling him that he would bury him. Cena also told us that he was turning the heel. Cena then warned Elias that he would get a FU before hitting him in the face.
John Cena then hit Elias with the FU for wrapping.
What's next?
We do not know yet if John Cena is back for another race at WWE. We'll know more about it on RAW and SmackDown. Bringing the gimmick of Dr. of Thuganomics is certainly an interesting and unexpected turn.
