Jon Moxley, formerly Dean Ambrose, made several revelations about his stint at the WWE since he debuted with AEW on pay TV Double or Nothing on May 25th.

In his last interview With Wade Keller of PW Torch, Moxley explained why he was so frustrated by Brock Lesnar after their match at WrestleMania 32 in 2016.

In case you do not know …

Initially, WWE had planned to meet Brock Lesnar against Bray Wyatt. and Dean Ambrose vs. Chris Jericho at WrestleMania 32. However, for reasons that have not been fully explained, the A different direction and reserved Lesnar against Ambrose in a no joke fight in the street instead.

The Heart of the Problem

Jon Moxley explained the match between Dean Ambrose and Brock Lesnar against Wade Keller, telling him that "The Beast" had only arrived at WrestleMania for the 32nd day of the month. Three hours before the show, the two men did not discuss their match face-to-face for the first time before the start of the second game of the night.

Moxley said:

"I think he really believed it. just gave me a favor. [Lesnar thought] I'm in the ring with him was enough to do awesome things for me. I think that's what he thought. He did not want to be there.

– Moxley said that he would eventually lose in the same way as Randy Orton had been beaten by Lesnar at SummerSlam 2016, via several elbows to the head, but the idea was shot down.

– Moxley suggested that he could spray Lesnar into his eyes with a pepper spray at the beginning of the match before attacking him with guns. Although Lesnar accepted the idea, he did not accept it until the day of the match and did not have time to organize to work.

– Moxley wanted to start using a heel / ankle lock. submitted before WrestleMania 32 and trained in a gym owned by Lesnar's former rival, Frank Mir, but this idea was also ignored.
