Jon Moxley has an opponent for his debut in the AEW ring.
Moxley vs. Joey Janela is now official for AEW Fyter Fest in Daytona Beach, Florida on Saturday, June 29th. was set up this week in Being the Elite, with a showdown between Moxley and Janela ending the episode.
Moxley made a surprise appearance at Double or Nothing on Saturday night. AEW then announced that Moxley had signed a multi-year full-time contract with them.
US heavyweight champion Juice Robinson, defending his title against Moxley, is ready for the NJPW Super Junior Super Final on Wednesday, June 5th. Moxley has also been announced for five Northeast Wrestling shows this summer, including matches against Pentagon Jr. and Darby Allin.
The Fyter Fest is held at the Ocean Center and is partnered with the CEO Fighting Game Championships.
On May 29, the Fyter Fest will be on sale to the general public at noon, Eastern time.
