Bieber, 25, also published photos of his 22-year-old wife undergoing a medical idea that she was pregnant.
He later confessed that it was a hoax, but he was criticized by social media users claiming that women who have trouble conceiving might find the joke hurtful.
Bieber published a long message on Tuesday, apologizing but saying "With jokes you sometimes have to roll the dice."
