Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum is produced by Sandiip Sikcand and, according to reports, the show is inspired by the real life of Madhuri Dixit and Dr. Sriram Nene. On a conversation on Instagram, the producer of the series had revealed that Dipika was his first choice for the role because he had already approached it before Bigg Boss 12. The first promotion featured Saif Ali Khan, the narrator who had introduced Sonakshi and Rohit. Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum will air on June 17, 2019 on Star Plus from 21h.
