Tanishaa was in New York to attend the CRY America charity gala dinner and the incident occurred in the hotel club. The actress said that she had no idea what had sparked her because she was very polite. According to reports, an African-American employee reportedly said he had just landed and did not speak English. Describing this as a traumatic experience, she stated that no one from the hotel authorities had helped them even after complaining. Tanishaa also posted a video on her Twitter account, but it ended abruptly because she said the guy would not let her make one.
