Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt made their big Bollywood debut with Karan Johar's 'Student of the Year' in 2012, and ever since then, the duo has a loyal fan base who consider them a match made in heaven. We all know that Varun is dating his childhood sweetheart Natasha Dalal while Alia is in a relationship with her 'Brahmastra' co-star Ranbir Kapoor. Varun and Alia are currently in the spotlight for their upcoming movie 'Kalank'. In a recent interview, they were quizzed if they ever had a crush on their relationship.
When Varun and Alia were asked if they ever had a crush on each other. Varun looked at Alia and said he would want her to go first. This could not have been a problem, but it could not have been a problem. Varun interrupted and explained that he thinks it's a friendship. He further added that when you are very fond of someone, I think there is a lot of care and a lot of respect. Alia was totally surprised after hearing this Varun further stated that it's a friendship more than a romantic bond. Aditya Roy Kapur concluded that it's 'Ishq-complicated' and both the stars agreed.
Directed by Abhishek Varman, the film will hit the big screens on 17th April.
