Kapil Sharma is honored by World Book of Records London for being one of the most viewed comedians

Actor Ace Kapil Sharma added another feather to his cap. The actor turned actor, whose return comedy series, The Kapil Sharma Show, consistently ranks among the 5 most-watched television shows, is now honored by World Book of Records London for being one of the stand-up comedians most viewed.

A fan page of the famous comedian shared a certificate of honor on Instagram. This is not the first time that Kapil is recognized for his talent. He has won titles like Indian of the Year and Best Actor in the past. In 2017, according to Forbes India, he was considered the TV star with the highest salary.

Kapil is doing well after his marriage. His wife, Ginni Chatrath, seems to have been lucky because not only his show, but he is rewarded.

Kapil is known for his efforts in promoting animal rights. In fact, the cast of his television show, Comedy Nights with Kapil, appeared in a PETA campaign to promote the adoption of homeless cats and dogs.

TKSS 2 marks the return of Kapil to the small screen after more than a year away. Kapil had to close the show because of the deterioration of his health, which resulted in the cancellation of several filming of his comedy show.
